Shipping Policy

Upon payment confirmation, ready stock items purchased will be couriered within 1-3 business days from Malaysia. Please allow for up to 5-7 business days for your order to arrive after it is shipped.

Pre-orders’ delivery lead times are approximately around 6 weeks to 3 months (an estimate only).

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays (in Malaysia). Orders made on Friday after 1:00 p.m. and on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following Monday.

Orders will be delivered to areas covered by our courier service provider only.

Please take note that you will have to sign for your order. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please call and arrange with the assigned courier service provider and provide your tracking number to arrange for a re-delivery.

If after the third failed delivery attempt, the shipment will be returned to Julia Soap Garden. Re-delivery charge will be at the expense of the customer. 

Shipping fee will be displayed on your "Checkout" page and the fee is charged at a weight-based rate. Weight will be determined by actual or volumetric weight (VW), whichever higher. Calculate the volumetric weight

If a parcel arrives damaged, kindly take a photo of the damaged box before you open the parcel. Then only open the parcel and carefully check your goods for signs of damage. Kindly take photos of all damaged items (if only) and send us the photos. Please note that you must contact us within 3 day from the date you received. 

Julia Soap Garden will not entertain any returns or change of product due to wrong product ordered or changes of mind. Therefore, kindly check your orders to make sure all items are correct before making payment.
